What data we process
Through the enquiry form we process the data you provide to us:
- full name and company name,
- email address and, optionally, phone number,
- the selected area of interest and description of your request.
Property offer form
If you offer us an apartment or house, we also process data about the property and your relationship to it: type, location, optionally the exact address, layout, furnishing, condition, availability, requested rent and costs, a link to a listing, additional information and uploaded photos (JPG, PNG or WebP, max. 8 MB per file). Photos are stored in non-public storage, are not publicly available and are used only to assess the offer.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to handle your enquiry or assess the offered property and to prepare a possible offer, i.e. to take steps prior to entering into a contract at your request and on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with potential business partners (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not use form data to send marketing communications.
Retention period
We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and related communication, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact unless a contractual relationship arises.
Recipients and processors
Submitted enquiries, property offers and photos are stored in a secure database with a cloud infrastructure provider acting as our processor. We do not share the data with other third parties for their own purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics tools. If they are added in the future, they will only be activated with your consent.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Send your requests to hryno.vasyl@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
